Refund policy

We only accept returns under specific and unfortunate circumstances. However, we are more than happy to provide a replacement if your request is made within 7 days of receiving your order and it meets one of the following conditions:
  1. Incorrect products delivered
  2. Items missing from your order
  3. Products arrived damaged
  4. Expired products received

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
